Please be aware that processing time pertains to the duration required for order preparation before shipment, and does not include transit time, which is the time it takes for the package to be delivered.
Upon confirmation of your payment and verification of order details, we immediately start processing your orders. Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring each order is carefully picked, packed, and prepped for shipment.
Please note that during the peak season, including holidays and promotional periods, processing times might slightly increase because of the volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Note: Deliveries to remote areas might take a little longer. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order. Any provided delivery date is merely an estimate, and iMade4u cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage sustained by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping is FREE for all orders to the countries and regions specified above, EXCEPT some remote areas in the United States, such as Hawaii. The total sum listed in the checkout is the only amount you are required to pay for the product(s). For products NOT shipped from the local warehouses and without any customs fees declaration, we do NOT bear the responsibility for any duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees (if any). These charges are recipient’s responsibility. The buyer may also have to pay customs duties for orders shipped to certain remote areas specified above.
Our Carrier
FBA and E-Pack serve as our logistics partners for shipping out iMade4u products in most situations. The local carriers could be USPS, UPS, and FedEx, among others.
Check Your Order and Shipment
An order confirmation email will be sent to you post order placement. After shipping your order, we will notify you of your package's tracking number by email. You can also find your order status at the "My order" page upon logging in to your purchase account.
Ownership, Terms and Risk
Every order is typically dispatched within two business days, EXCEPT for your pre-orders, wherein the estimated shipping date depends on the particular pre-order item. Please ensure that the address details you provide are accurate, as we cannot divert a parcel once it is in transit. You are solely responsible for any loss incurred due to a fraudulent transaction or input of an incorrect address.
